MINIMUM QUANTITY: The minimum quantity for any item is 72 pieces; if less than minimum, please add $60.00 per color.

OVER AND UNDER RUNS: A shipment of up to 10% for quantities up to 288 and 5% for quantities 289 and above, over, or under quantity ordered is to be considered complete.

QUANTITY: ORDERS MUST BE IN CASE QUANTITES. ITMES CANNOT BE COMBINED TO OBTAIN MINMUM QUANTITY.

DELIVERY: Delivery of orders, 2 or 3 weeks after receipt of purchase order or receipt of approval of artwork. All orders are shipped F.O.B. our factory unless otherwise specified. Any breakage is the responsibility of the transport carrier.

RUSH CHARGES: For orders needed before 2 weeks a rush charge will apply; contact factory for charge.

IMPRINT QUALITY: All glassware, ceramic and porcelain items imprinted with glass or ceramic colors are kiln fired at up to 1200o Fahrenheit, making the imprints long lasting and sage with reasonable home or office use. With all imprinted items, avoid the use of caustic chemicals, harsh detergents, abrasive cleaners and automatic dishwashers that can lead to premature fading and damage to the imprint. All ceramic colors and precious metals are of the best of quality available and are fired for durability. However, colors cannot be guaranteed against dishwashing out due to conditions beyond our control. We recommend hand washing with a mild soap for all imprinted ware.

ARTWORK: To expedite your order, submit camera-ready art at 100% size. Additional time is required to convert are to camera-ready and is billed at a min. $50.00 per color. Type setting only with a maximum of 5 lines is billed at $50.00 Professionally prepared artwork with sharp details and sharp copy etches require no artwork charges. Minimum line thickness .005 inch (1/2 pint, .3mm). Reverse print the thickness is .010 inch (1 point, .4mm). We can accommodate the following media types: 1.44 MB diskette, CD or 100MB Zip Disk. Please provide a hard copy printout of the file. If sending art via e-mail, please convert all text to curves before sending. We work with an IBM system using Corel Draw 11.

COLOR MATCH: Due to nature of glass, ceramic and plastic products, their links are firing condition, exact color matches are not guaranteed. Remember, PMS colors are ink formulas for printing paper, and exact match cannot be guaranteed.

COLOR CHANGE: For an imprint color change within a production run please allow a charge of $50.00. Minimum quantity per charge is 72 pieces.

COPY CHAGE: Add $50.00 per copy change. Copy change limited to one imprint color. Absolute minimum quantity per change is 72 pieces.

REGISTRATION: While every effort is made to custom decorate ware with the tightest registration allowable, this is not always possible in all cases. Due to the variable nature of machine and handmade ceramic and glassware items, a variance of plus of minus 1/16" may occur within a multiple color design. This is within industry standards and production tolerances and must be considered acceptable.

METALLIC INKS: If gold, platinum, purple, or pink is on of the imprint colors, please add $0.50 per side. If the metallic inks are deemed excessive, add an additional $0.50 per side.

BANDING: Gold or platinum bands, add an additional $0.70 per unit.
